In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

By accessing the idr88 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or using any Service offered by idr88, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the idr88 platform and, if applicable, close your account by contacting our support team.

To register and maintain an active account on idr88, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Registration by individuals under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indonesian law.
• You must not be residing in, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order issued by idr88 or any other gambling operator.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of idr88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.

idr88 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified by our support team, the account may be suspended pending verification.

Each eligible individual may hold one (1) account only on the idr88 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same bank account, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued Indonesian national ID (KTP).
• A valid and active Indonesian mobile phone number (+62).
• Your date of birth.
• Your bank account details (name, bank name, and account number) matching the name on your idr88 account — mismatches will result in withdrawal delays or refusals.
• A valid email address that you regularly access.

You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. Any change to your bank account details, phone number, or email address must be reported to our support team promptly via live chat or email.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. idr88 will never ask for your password through any channel — including live chat, email, WhatsApp, or telephone.

You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and change it periodically.
• Never share your account credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Contact idr88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

idr88 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report a security breach to us in writing.

All deposits to your idr88 account must be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via one of the officially supported payment channels listed on the Deposit page of the platform. Supported channels currently include:

• Bank transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit amounts per transaction and per day are displayed on the Deposit page and may be subject to change. idr88 reserves the right to modify supported payment channels and deposit limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. idr88 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit received from an account belonging to a name other than the registered member will be refunded in full and may trigger a compliance review.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the idr88 member dashboard, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the KYC verification process. idr88 will request a copy of your Indonesian national ID (KTP) and may request supporting bank documentation for large withdrawals.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be satisfied in full before the corresponding funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name — the same name as your idr88 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum single-transaction withdrawal limits are displayed in the member dashboard.

idr88 targets a processing time of under two (2) minutes for the majority of withdrawal requests submitted to domestic Indonesian bank accounts and e-wallets during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended in the event of scheduled system maintenance, bank processing windows, or compliance review requirements. idr88 does not guarantee specific processing times and accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

idr88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request without notice, particularly for transactions exceeding defined threshold amounts, or where unusual account activity has been detected.

idr88 offers a range of promotional incentives, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Each bonus offer may be claimed once per member, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and are subject to the wagering requirement (rollover) specified in the promotion's individual terms. Wagering requirements typically range from 3× to 10× the bonus amount, depending on the offer type.
• Game contribution rates vary: slot games typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, sportsbook wagers placed at odds below 1.50, and togel (lottery) may contribute at a reduced rate or zero percent. Specific contribution tables are published on each promotion's detail page.
• Bonuses have a maximum validity period from the date of credit. Any uncompleted wagering requirement and associated bonus funds will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum cashout limits apply to certain bonuses. Where a maximum cashout is specified, winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed this limit will be forfeited.
• idr88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time, with or without prior notice, where operational, legal, or fraud-prevention considerations require it.

All games and betting markets available on idr88 are governed by the specific rules published within each game or market, as presented within the platform interface. General gameplay rules include:

• Sportsbook: All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing sports body. In-play bet acceptance is subject to real-time availability. Bets placed after an event has concluded — due to data latency — will be voided and stakes refunded. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and Asian handicap (voor bola) bets are subject to additional rules detailed on the Sportsbook page.
• Live Casino: All Evolution Gaming and partner studio live dealer results are final once the hand, round, or spin is completed. Technical disconnections during a live game round do not void the outcome; the result recorded by the dealer's system prevails.
• Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG). Disconnections during a spin do not void the round; the spin result is logged server-side and will be available in the game history upon reconnection.
• Togel: Togel draw results are determined by the official draw outcome of the relevant authorised draw market. Tickets purchased after the published cut-off time will be rejected. Results are final and non-negotiable.
• Online Poker: All poker hand outcomes are determined by standard international poker hand rankings. Collusion, chip dumping, and use of prohibited assistance software are strictly forbidden.

idr88 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error has materially affected the outcome or the odds presented to the player. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full.

The following actions constitute material breaches of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the idr88 platform, whether using your own identity or a third party's.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or technical vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately rather than used for personal gain.
• Colluding with other players, including chip dumping in poker, match-fixing in sportsbook markets, or any form of coordinated bonus abuse.
• Laundering funds or using the idr88 platform for any transaction that is connected to illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through a bank or e-wallet provider after funds have been used for wagering.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing idr88 staff members through any communication channel.

All content on the idr88 platform — including but not limited to the idr88 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of idr88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, redistribute, publish, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the idr88 platform without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, idr88 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the idr88 platform.
• Interruptions, errors, or delays to the platform arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure failures, telecommunications disruptions, or Force Majeure events.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or resulting from your sharing of account credentials with third parties.
• The conduct, content, or actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or linked services integrated within the idr88 platform.

idr88's total aggregate liability to you for any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds held in your idr88 account at the time the claim arises.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes idr88's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

idr88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools directly within every member account dashboard, accessible at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic reminders or session cut-offs after a defined period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without permanent closure.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and request placement on our self-exclusion list. During the exclusion period, idr88 will make all reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening a new account.

idr88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of the platform for any illegal purpose.
• Detection of multiple accounts linked to the same member.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the member against idr88.
• A member's own request for account closure or self-exclusion.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account at the time of suspension will be frozen and will not be accessible until the investigation is resolved. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, idr88 reserves the right to withhold funds that are demonstrably connected to the breach.

In all other cases of account closure — including voluntary closure — real-money balances (excluding unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds) will be refunded to the member's registered bank account or e-wallet within ten (10) business days of closure confirmation.

idr88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, idr88 will provide reasonable notice to registered members via the registered email address or through an in-platform notification displayed upon next login.

Your continued use of the idr88 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The most current version of these Terms is always available at idr88.club/terms-conditions. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which idr88 holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice by either party, the dispute shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitral institution in the governing jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause prevents idr88 from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its rights pending the arbitral process.
